SubCon Metal Castings s.r.o. offers comprehensive services including a portfolio of modern technologies that enable efficient computer-aided casting design, quick physical prototyping and productive inspection, all in direct connection with the foundry's production technology - sand casting of aluminium.

The largest percentage of our production is destined for export and castings made in our foundry are shipped all around the world.
Quality management system and environmental policy
Our company has established and documented a Quality Management System (QMS) for the production of aluminium castings. The QMS is developed in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2016, which we maintain and continuously improve. Certification is periodically carried out by the prestigious company TÜV SÜD Czech.

Our offer
For all our customers we provide comprehensive services from the production of model equipment through gravity casting of aluminium alloys, grinding to the final product. Based on customer specifications, we supply castings including surface treatment, heat treated or with assembly. We produce piece, prototype and series orders from units to thousands of pieces.
1. Tool production
Our own model shop and experienced designers are a great advantage for us. We use the latest version of SOLIDWORKS software to prepare production files or 3D modelling of foundry moulds.
2. Casting into sand moulds
We produce castings with maximum dimensions of 700 mm x 500 mm x 300 mm. For production we use most often material EN AC - 42100, 42000, 42600, but the customer's requirement for a specific material is decisive for us.
3. Cores
For the production of castings we use sand cores, which we produce ourselves and also use the reliable supply service of long-term experienced business partners.
4. Finishing of the castings
The modification of the raw casting involves trimming the sprues using a band saw. This is followed by grinding these cuts and cleaning the deviding plane of the casting using a belt grinder, file or hand angle grinder and finally blasting the casting with an abrasive material.
5. Heat treatment, impregnation or metallisation
In cooperation we offer our customers the possibility of heat treatment, impregnation or metallisation of castings.
6. Assembly, marking of castings and dispatch
We offer the possibility of assembling castings into assemblies, marking and labelling castings with a needle machine or by inserting plastic inserts printed on a 3D printer directly into the mould according to the drawing or specification. Packaging and shipping of castings exactly according to your requirements.
